YAY long weekend! finally =] thanks to friday no class and monday deepavali heeheehee.. thankyou whoever created the concept of public holidays, tho its really not enough at least its somethin la.. school still kinda sucks as usual, with many many endless projects and much more lectures to catch up with now.. but ok la, can say i've gotten a LITTLE used to it? heh.. of coz i'm not happy with this kinda life, but no choice, so getting used to it is like a super good thing already.. gosh it's sad.
what i wanna do rite now. what i really wanna do rite now. is lie on the beach with my eyes closed, listen to the waves, feel the seabreeze, breathe the fresh air... float away
thinkin of continuing my "learning of driving" which has dragged on for some time now haha. lazy me. anw, since the holidays in dec/jan don't really seem packed with activity.. hermmm so might as well get this over and done with. might be kinda fun too =]
dad bought this heartshaped pan cant rmb if i spoke about it here before.. anw i tried it! that day.. haha so funny its kinda hard to use.. the egg too big keeps overflowing out of the heartshape =X so its like i had to keep poking the egg back into the heart haha.. the final product wasnt as bad as i thought =] can u see the heart?

i don't know why i like to cook haha.. my food aint good and the talent's limited =/

sweetiebaby got me milk so i could eat me oreos the RIGHT way =] and also coz i kept stealin milk from his place hahaha =X

the much awaited swenson's icecream cake!!!!!! =D looks so frosty here.. lalala

it's the default flavours.. neapolitan. meaning choc, strawberry & vanilla.. still super yummy. icecreamcake will always be icecreamcake. speaking of which.. i shall go get myself a slice =]

OMGOSH... i finally tried a shot ^^ so fun wor! hahaha.. at Harry's in hollandV. with baby of coz.
this one here's called BRAIN HEMORRHAGE.. 3 tries to guess why =.=
looks so cool doesnt it?!?! compare the size.. aww
ingredients = peach schnapps + kahlua + vodka

but actually a shot is not easily gulped down o.o i think i had to take like 2 or 3 continuous big gulps. mayb my throat aint powerful enough heh. but it was fun! n it really does go straight to ur head, ur brain. u feel it alrite. it tasted pretty nice i think, coz the sweet peachyness makes me happy =D

This next pretty is called dirtyharry. just love the juicy lychees!
ingredients = lime juice + lychee liquer + baileys (if i recall correctly haha)

Of course we get hungry when we drink.. so here are some chicken jalepeno nachos! looky the humongous jalepenos =X ultra spicy hot. but oh so irresistable =] mmm.. baby loved the cream cheese dip. yummyumm

that concludes my shooter experience...

THE FOLLOWING DAY...
Tonight was Dad's early birthday celebration, at Jurong HillTop! teppanyaki =D mmm as usual, it was darn good.. i'll go jog it off some other day haha

First dish was the alltime favourite salmon in super tasty but i dunno what name sauce!
Next was the chicken, which i feel is a basic necessity. Followed by the yummy chewy sotong..

Finally got to taste the 80dollar ICE-WINE tonight =] super sweet! very very nice.. it's made from frozen icy grapes o.o i don't like wine normally, but i could drink a whole bottle of this.. haha! see how skinny it is!

EEEEEWWWW this next thingy is somethin i'd never touch.. BEEF! yuck.. but sister and brother loves it.. ooh it's flaming actually, but i was too late to catch it in a photo. dang. it's one of the highlights of any teppanyaki experience =]

Prawnssss!!!! i love prawns.. these are KINGprawns ok! no joke. but sadly it's expensive so each person gets a tiny pathetic portion =/

As though the salmonchickensotongbeefprawns aint enough, we got more RICE. friedRICE. carbo!!!!! gosh. (white RICE was already devoured) super fulfilling dinner man.

FINALE = my favourite dao ge!!!! hahaha beansprouts ^^ yummy yumm yummmm (FOC)

it's called hilltop for a reason.. the not-to0-fit folks needed a rest stop before heading home. haha

Haha just being random.. the fries look good eh X) this meal was right before the horrific GASTRIC hit! it was there the whole night but aft dinner it got super super unbearable =X ouch. Babydear was good to me.. (despite lettin me fall in the bus! RAH) now i know how baby feels each time he gets this. poorthin.

My fingers stink! HAHA.. stupid lab today.. dunno wad shit ppt stained my finger SOBSSSS... it smells of vinegar.. hmm.. which means i might be right coz i said it was an acid! (acetic acid) wheeeeee~ oh but the smell is really gross. ruins my appetite man =/ tried scrubbin my fingers with tons of soap but the smell is still not completely gone! argh.. actually i think i'm gettin a little addicted to it o.o HAHA.. man i hope it fades away.. eventually.

One last CA to go! jiayou jiayou.. i think physio will be the toughest =/ eventho the rest were killers in their own rights already.. haha. physio they'll surely set very abstract analytical qns must think long and hard kind.. oh no die la i'm not exactly good at making links. BLEAH.

i just realised that the finals for NewpaperNewface is this coming friday! haha so soon.. oh but i'll b goin for my recrea-bball so.. oh well.. gotta miss it. i wanted to go eh! sounds pretty fun.. can go cheer for zeehui too.. haha. Hmm but it might b a little awkward hmm, wonder if the girls remember my rejectface o.o LOL so strange to see em again. but this time all dolled up on stage in omg 5inch heels. wow.

Been super stressed with school etc coz of CAs blablabla..

so i'll indulge in a little trip down memorylane,

lookin back at some of my delicious escapades =]

let's start off with some warmhappySOUP from SOUPSPOON,

way filling actually.. super thick and chunky =] nice on a cold rainy aftnoon

simple boiledchickensoup.. soothing~

plus super-eggy friedrice from DinTaiFung.. yummm

Then we move on to the western main course at BILLYBOMBERS. baby had a triple dunnowhat burger, i had the roastchicken.. not bad.. but the cheesefries are missing!!! damn good i tell u.. this green kiwilimesoda was interestingly good =] (somehow i can't rotate the pic!)
